** To join our team as a HVAC Technician! As a HVAC Technician you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
** Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.  company vehicle provided

*** Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.
* Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis
* Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
* Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

* This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.
