Perform major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; order parts and track orders;
Record purchases and usage; submit warranty claims; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance;
Lead and participate in teams; communicate processes and improvements; ensure timelines and work quality
