Position Overview:

We are seeking Arkansas State Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our team for the electrical installation on a utility solar project in Brinkley, AR. Candidates with electrical experience in industrial, or renewable industries are preferred. Reciprocity available for electricians licensed in states (AK, CO, , IA, ME, MN, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WI, WY).

Schedule: 50-60 Hrs per week

Start: 10/2025

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $42.00++

Per Diem: $100/day (max $600/week)

Responsibilities:

• Install, connect, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components related to solar.
• Perform underground low, medium and high-voltage cable terminations.
• Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure all installations meet safety and performance and quality standards, including voltage checks, grounding, and testing.
• Install ground grids, bonding structures, raceways, rigid conduit, cable and tubing bus systems with precision.
• Assist with cable trench installations.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to apprentices and helpers.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to apprentices and helpers.
• Utilize appropriate hand tools (i.e., crescent wrench, pliers, hammer, screwdriver) and power tools (i.e., drills, impact wrenches) to install PV systems per codes and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Arkansas Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• If you hold a Journeyman license in one of the following states, you may qualify for an Arkansas Journeyman license through reciprocity: AK, CO, , IA, ME, MN, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WI, and WY.
• Minimum 7 years of Electrical experience
• Preferred experience in industrial settings, substations, or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic hand tools required (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver, hammer, drill, impact driver, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
