Are you a skilled technician with expertise in trailer and tractor maintenance? Join our team as a Lead Technician and take charge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-owned trailers, tractors (on and off-road), and heavy equipment.

• 🔧 Diagnose and repair brake systems (including ABS) and wheel-end components
• 🔧 Repair electrical/lighting systems, suspension, and frame/body components
• 🔧 Maintain A/C and heating systems, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
• 🔧 Troubleshoot and diagnose faults using manufacturer software
• 🔧 Conduct preventive maintenance inspections following Stella PM standards
• 🔧 Maintain certifications as a brake inspector, annual inspector, and A/C technician
• 🔧 Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling work, sourcing parts, and using Stella Maintenance software
• 🔧 Perform routine maintenance on trailers (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections)
• 🔧 Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies

• 🔹 3-5 years of experience as a technician
• 🔹 Strong knowledge of brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
• 🔹 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• 🔹 Experience with welding and fabrication
• 🔹 Valid driver’s license
• 🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• 🔹 Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
