About the Role
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites within the Little Rock area. You’ll handle several trades including plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card, relevant technology and a branded uniform to support job performance.
What You’ll Do- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems to keep facility systems up to applicable standards.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Demonstrate effective time‑management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, estimating completion time and materials needed.
- Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Operate company‑issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
- Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers or supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited discretion.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or equivalent experience (1–2 years of job‑related experience). Valid driver’s license required.
- Meet the physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook);
Corrigo experience is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts and markups.
