• Diagnose and resolve complex audio‑visual integration issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
• Collaborate with programmers to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Work independently with minimal guidance while asking the right questions when help is needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and represent CTI to clients.

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required; experience and skill level are considered.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• At least 4 years of experience in audio‑visual integration, installations, commissioning, and service.
• Knowledge of AV/IT networking.
