Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex audio‑visual integration issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
- Collaborate with programmers to load updated files.
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Embrace the company culture; we seek proactive, not merely time‑card–driven employees.
- Work independently with minimal guidance while asking the right questions when help is needed.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and represent CTI to clients.
- Associate’s degree preferred, but not required; experience and skill level are considered.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- At least 4 years of experience in audio‑visual integration, installations, commissioning, and service.
- Knowledge of AV/IT networking.
- Competitive base salary (DOE).
