Apprenticely is helping Allegra Print & Signs hire a Sign Technician in Little Rock.
The Sign Installer role involves installing, maintaining, and removing various types of signage at client locations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship and safety. Prior experience in sign installation, construction, or a related trade preferred but not required for the right work ethic and willingness to learn our craft!
Responsibilities- Install and remove interior and exterior signage, including wall signs, vinyl graphics, monument signs, and pole signs
- Safely operate tools and equipment such as drills, lifts, ladders, and bucket trucks
- Read and follow installation drawings, layouts, and instructions
- Load, transport, and unload signage and materials
- Ensure installations are level, secure, and visually accurate
- Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs (where applicable)
- Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Basic mechanical and hand‑tool knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
$18 - $22 an hour
