General Laborer

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for dependable people to help with dirt work, site prep, and excavation jobs. This is entry level — you don’t need experience. We’ll train you. If you’re willing to work hard, show up on time, and work safely, we want to hear from you.

• Help get job sites ready for work
• Dig, shovel, rake, and move dirt and materials
• Load and unload tools, pipes, and equipment
• Help clean up and keep the job site safe and organized
• Assist equipment operators when needed (spotting, hand signals, etc.)
• Set up and take down job site barriers and erosion control
• Follow safety rules and wear required safety gear
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
• Do what the foreman asks to help the crew get the job done

• Prior construction, excavation, or site prep experience is a plus but not required — we train
• Reliable and on time every day
• Willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Ability to follow directions and be a team player
• Safety-minded and willing to learn
• Great attitude, proactive, and ability to meet deadlines is a MUST

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable doing physical work all day
• Able to bend, kneel, walk, and work on uneven ground
• Able to stand for long periods throughout the day

• Outdoor dirt and excavation job sites
• Around heavy equipment, noise, dust, and weather

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Overtime available depending on workload and seasonality
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and IRA available after 90 days of employment
