We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Home Inspector to provide coverage in the Little Rock area and help establish Upchurch Inspection as a trusted name in Little Rock.
Opportunity OverviewAs a Home Inspector working with Upchurch Inspection, you’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, document your findings clearly, and communicate them to clients in a friendly, professional manner. We want someone who values accuracy, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in continual growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Perform residential home inspections according to InterNACHI and/or applicable Arkansas state standards of practice
- Inspect major home systems including structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exteriors, and interiors
- Produce clear, detailed digital inspection reports using modern reporting software
- Communicate findings to clients in an approachable, educational way
- Uphold Upchurch Inspection’s reputation for honesty, professionalism, and quality
- Keep up with continuing education, building practices, and safety protocols
- Represent the company during client interactions, agent meetings, and real-estate events when needed
- Valid Home Inspector License in your state (Arkansas or surrounding state if applicable)
- InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)
- Strong attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, well-maintained transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Physically able to access attics, crawlspaces, and roofs as conditions allow
- Previous experience in home inspections, construction, trades, or real estate
- Comfort using inspection software and digital tools
- Strong customer service background
