Are you a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Service Technician? Do you want to deliver best‑in‑class service to large retailers and banks? NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians to act as a first‑line response, communicate in an open and helpful manner, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they arise. Your formal training (provided through NCR Atleos) will empower you to provide customers precisely what they need, when they need it.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capable of carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively manipulate objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
