Job DescriptionUnited Uptime Services, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an experienced, energetic, hardworking Construction Foreman to assist in the construction of petroleum fueling infrastructure and EV charging stations across the state of Arkansas.
What You’ll Do:- Lead a team of experienced and new-to-industry construction installers.
- Work directly with internal and external clients including District Managers, Installation Managers, Project Managers, Client Managers, and Sales Team members.
- Operate heavy equipment: use construction machinery to dig ditches and install various tanks and other fueling equipment.
- Construction tasks: perform a wide range of duties such as busting and re-pouring concrete, framing, mixing, pipe fitting, and finishing.
- Install and repair petroleum equipment: underground and above-ground storage tanks, gas dispensers, fuel monitoring systems, pumps, and product piping systems.
- UST/AST Certification (required).
- Previous leadership experience running a construction crew in the petroleum fueling industry.
- Previous petroleum equipment installation – underground storage tanks, above-ground storage tanks, piping, spill buckets, dispenser installs, etc.
- Use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools such as saws, shovels, rakes, etc.
- Ability to lift and/or move 75–100 pounds frequently while performing duties.
- Ability to work flexible hours and outside in all types of weather.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Pre-Employment Testing: must pass drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR check.
