Service Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Crew Lead – Mitigation to join our first response team in Little Rock, AR. You will oversee on-site manual labor for mitigation, coordinate demolition activities, and manage equipment setup to halt damage and begin restoration.
We require IICRC certification, a valid driver’s license, and a strong safety mindset. You may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as OT is common in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
