Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Some supervisory experience
- Five years experience in construction and maintenance
- Two years' experience with mobile technology and basic office technology (office software, email, etc)
- Work experience in at least three of the following areas: carpentry/construction, ceiling and floor systems, roofing, masonry, drywall, grounds, heavy equipment operation, locksmith, minor access control, welding, or painting
- Valid Arkansas driver's license
Reports To:
Building Services Foreman
Job Goal:
General maintenance and servicing operation throughout the facility to include but not limited to: minor plumbing, minor electric work, minor HVAC, painting, carpentry, door systems, access control, minor boiler maintenance, snow removal, grounds and landscaping, preventive maintenance and similar functions, including some on-call responsibility
Performance Responsibilities:
Snow/storm damage response.
