Thrive Project Resources is seeking multiple Project Managers, Industrial Electrical Installation for an industrial greenfield plant startup in Little Rock, AR. These hands on roles will focus on leading electrical installation crews through daily field execution, quality checks, and commissioning readiness. Great fit for an Arkansas-licensed electrical professional, contractor owner, working foreperson, or senior lead ready to bring hands-on, contractor-level accountability to a major industrial buildout.

• Lead and coordinate separate 20–30 person installation crews across multiple active project sites
• Run daily briefings and keep the project on schedule
• Read and work from electrical drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Oversee all electrical installation activities which can include wire pulling, conduit installation, terminations, cable tray, control/motor wiring, etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project and client
• Ensure all work meets electrical code and safety standards

• Demonstrated large scale industrial or commercial electrical project management experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Exceptional proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams and then planning tasks based on them
• Proven experience leading or supervising various focused electrical crews (motors & controls, lighting, conduit, cable tray, etc.)
• Hands-on skill with large-gauge wire, conduit, terminations, and control/motor wiring
• Strong organizational, communication, and self-starter mindset

A competitive hourly wage, overtime pay and target bonuses are available for qualified candidates. W2 employees and qualified 1099 contractors will be considered.

• Are you authorized to work in the United States?
• Are you a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in the State of Arkansas?
• How many years of Project Management experience for electrical installation (cable tray, lights, wire pulling, motor/controls terminations, etc.) in an industrial greenfield plant environment?
• On a scale of 1-10, what is your skill level in reading and interpreting electrical drawings/blueprints and control wiring diagrams and then planning team tasks based on them?
• Are you willing to work 10-12 hours a day (overtime will be paid)
• Do you have reliable transportation to get to the job site daily
