Starting Pay: $15–$18 per hour
Pay is based on documented experience, skill level, and performance. Mister Sparky Electric is building a pipeline of motivated Apprentice Electricians for upcoming opportunities in Central Arkansas. We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade and learn from licensed professionals in a structured, high-performance environment. WhatYou'll Do
• Assist licensed electricians with residential and light commercial electrical work
• Help install, repair, and maintain electrical systems
• Prepare materials and tools for daily projects
• Learn to read blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Develop troubleshooting and diagnostic skills over time
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes You will work directly under licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to gain hands-on experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical trade
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional attitude and reliability
• Strong communication skills Prior electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
We provide structured, on-the-job training with licensed professionals. Apprentices who demonstrate reliability, technical growth, and professionalism have clear advancement opportunities toward Journeyman licensing and increased pay. We invest in long-term development, not temporary labor.
