We’relookingforanexperienced
Heavy Equipment Operatortorunmachinesondirtworkandsiteprepjobs .You’llbeoperatingequipmentlikeso dozers,excavators,skid steers,loaders,andcompactors togetjobsitesreadytherightwayandonschedule.
Thisishands-onwork,andsafetymatters.
- Operateheavyequipmentforsiteprep,grading,trenching,andexcavation
- Readgradestakesandworkwiththeforemantomeetjobspecs
- Loadtrucksandmovedirt,rock,and materials
- Performdailyequipmentchecksandreportanyissues
- Keepequipmentcleanandrunningproperly
- Worksafelyaroundothercrewmembersandlaborers
- Followallsafetyrulesandjobsiteprocedures
- Pitchinwithgenerallaborwhenequipmentisn’trunning
- Priorexperienceoperatingheavyequipment(excavationordirtworkpreferred)
- Experienceworkingwith
TrimbleGPSsystemsisapreferable;anyexperiencewithGPSpositioningsystemsisamust. - Comfortablerunningequipmentonunevengroundandtightspaces
- Goodattitudeandabletotakedirection
- Reliable,showsupontime,andworkssafely
- Willingtohelpwhereverneededonthejobsite
- Valid driver’slicense
- Abletoclimbinandoutofequipmentmultipletimesaday
- Abletoworkoutdoorsinallweatherconditions
- Outdoorconstructionandexcavationjobsites
- Aroundheavyequipment,noise,dust,and weather
- Competitivepaybasedonexperience
- Overtimeavailablebasedonworkloadandseasonality
- IRAMatchaftereligibilitywaitingperiod
