• $18.00–$20.00/HR DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On‑call bonus structure up to $100/week

No two days are exactly the same! You’ll play a key role in maintaining our apartment community and creating a great experience for our residents.

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns and make‑ready maintenance for incoming residents
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance
• Help maintain common areas, grounds, and shop areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule — 1 week every 2 weeks

We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician who can work independently, solve problems, and deliver quality work.

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience
• HVAC‑Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Experience or working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs, including outlets, fixtures, and switches
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall, and painting
  • Gas and electric water heater systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus participation in the on‑call rotation
