We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping residential properties in excellent working order by performing a variety of basic repairs and general upkeep. Every day is different, and we are looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic residential repairs and routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor issues related to electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Complete general property upkeep, including basic construction, flooring repairs, painting, and fence (verjas) repairs.
• Respond promptly to occasional emergency maintenance requests (e.g., water leaks) outside of regular hours, though these occurrences are rare.
• Keep tools, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.

Requirements &

Skills:

• Experience:
  
  Must have basic knowledge and practical experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic construction, flooring, painting, and fencing.
• Certifications:
  
  No formal licenses or certifications are required for this role—we value practical experience and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to be on-call for rare weekend emergencies.
• Physical Ability:
  Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify building issues and determine the best repair method.
