Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Night Direct Juvenile Support Worker for The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lafayette County, Arkansas. The role provides around-the-clock safety and support for at-risk youth, with responsibilities including mentoring, skill development, and collaboration with staff on treatment plans.
