Senior Back‑End Engineer – Little Rock, AR (Full‑time, telecommuting permitted).

• Write high‑quality code in Ruby on Rails for new features, products, and platforms.
• Collaborate with a Scrum team that includes backend, frontend (Vue.js), QA, and Dev Ops engineers.
• Architect solutions using Design Patterns and discuss architectural decisions.
• Assist colleagues in evaluating architectural options and writing clear documentation.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices in Ruby and Rails.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and designers to define requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, well‑documented code for both new features and existing applications.
• Identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues across the stack.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and junior engineers.
• Drive testing efforts, writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure quality.
• Own specific features or small projects from technical design through implementation and deployment.
• Deepen understanding of the company’s system architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies.

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in software development or a related occupation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in each:
  Business Process Management Applications, Waterfall/Agile/Scrum Methodologies, SOAP services, and CRM Software (PEGA).
• Authority to work permanently in the United States.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Telecommuting is permitted.
