Triunity Software is looking for a talented Mainframe Developer to join our growing team in Little Rock, AR! • Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systems
• Write and optimize COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe-specific code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve mainframe application issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform system testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Monitor mainframe performance and implement improvements as needed
• Support legacy system migrations and modernization initiatives

• Proven experience in mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or similar)
• Strong understanding of z/OS or similar mainframe operating systems
• Experience with mainframe debugging tools and utilities (e.g., ISPF, SDSF)
• Ability to analyze and optimize batch processing and job scheduling
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
