Senior Developer Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting enterprise applications and data integration solutions. The role involves translating moderately complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and communicate business requirements supporting strategic and tactical business objectives. Analyze systems, design solutions, develop code, conduct testing, debug applications, and maintain technical documentation. Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data integration solutions using Ab Initio and Snowflake. Build and maintain high-volume ETL and ELT processes, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, metadata management, and data warehouse solutions. Support cloud modernization initiatives and data solutions within Azure.
Provide technical leadership for large-scale application and data projects.
At least five years of experience supporting source systems and project teams with business requirements and application development. Experience with data gathering, program logic development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Experience with application systems programming, design, and analysis. Experience serving as a programming lead on at least one large-scale project. Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions using Ab Initio and Snowflake.
Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or at least five years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Five or more years of relevant application development and business requirements experience. Strong experience throughout the software development lifecycle. Proven ability to lead programming activities on large-scale projects. Experience delivering enterprise data integration, data warehouse, and cloud modernization solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
