The Simmons Bank Championship Presented by Stephens will take place October 26 to November 1, 2026, at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock, AR. The tournament, which will be televised on the Golf Channel, will feature a field of the top 54 PGA TOUR Champions professionals in the Charles Schwab Cup playoffs competing for a purse of $2.3 million dollars.
Benefitting various charitable organizations across Arkansas, the Simmons Bank Championship Presented by Stephens will be managed by Pro Links Sports, a nationally recognized sports marketing and event management firm that assists in running several PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions tournaments. Position Summary:
This internship will focus on assisting our ticket vendor program and driving attendance. This candidate will work directly with the Ticketing & Digital Communications Manager. They must be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment, be keen to detail, and seek gaining exposure to the PGA TOUR and entertainment industry.
Position Details:
* Assist the build out of tickets and passes with ticket vendor
* A willingness to provide a high level of customer service
* Support on-site box office, will call operations, and inbound partner calls
* Assist with assembling credential packets
* Leverage ticket vendor analytics to optimize decisions
* Assist with customer service as it relates to ticketing including loading tickets, troubleshooting, refunds, order changes, etc.
* Communicate with previous and prospective ticket buyers to inform them of new offers
Qualified Applicants Must Have:
* Valid Driver's License
* A desire to gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment
* Strong communication skills and desire to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
* Full availability during tournament week October 26 - November 1, 2026
* Internships will run from August 24 - November 13, 2026
Eligibility:
* Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of application and throughout internship period while receiving academic credit
* Applicants should reside near Little Rock or be willing to commute
