We are hiring immediately for full time SMARTSERVICE ROUTE DRIVER positions.

Location: Canteen - 4301 Mauney Road, Little Rock, AR 72206.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Planned as a daily routine, this role drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products and maintain inventory, delivering top-notch service to clients and customers at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure the truck is properly loaded with all product required to service all scheduled machines following outlined procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Load hand cart with totes of product, walk to the machines, and load the machines. Return to truck with the hand truck and empty totes.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines. When necessary, report defective equipment to maintenance or technician dispatcher.
• Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via a handheld computer.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services.
• Listen to and resolve service complaints; report all client or customer complaints to immediate supervisor promptly.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Be accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with established procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Preferred 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
