CDL‑A Truck Driver – OTR, 21‑Day Run, 100% No Touch, $90–112K (Full Time)

CDL‑A OTR Truck Drivers who want to earn $90–112K per year, working 40 weeks and off 12 weeks (9 months on, 3 months off) while running no‑touch freight.

We operate 100% no‑touch freight with 85% drop‑and‑hook.

• Starting pay ranges between $0.67–$0.72 CPM, dependent on experience and hazmat qualification.
• Full benefits commence after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and more.

• Trucks are on average 18 months old and equipped with a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
• Fleet consists of Freightliners, KW, or Internationals.

• Drivers will run the following states and, at the end of their 21‑day run, park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC. The company will cover round‑trip flights home and back.
• Licensed states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA.
• no service in New York State or City.

• At least 12 months of OTR experience within the last 15 months, with at least 2 months driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January, or February. I‑40 interstate experience does not qualify.
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, none of which are major (e.g., 15‑mph over, reckless, lane violation).
• Combined total of moving violations and accidents must not exceed 3.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and no more than one in a lifetime.
• Never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of how long ago it occurred.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years old.
