NIS Express in Little Rock, AR offers a Class A CDL Driver Trainee program with paid on-the-job training. If you have completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school, you qualify; no OTR experience required. You’ll receive hands-on training, a dedicated trainer, real miles, and supervised evaluations before going solo.
Pay includes weekly $1,400–$1,800, with benefits starting day one, plus home time weekly or biweekly depending on fleet. Eligible for bonuses and 401(k) after eligibility.
