Location:

Little Rock, AR – Retail shop

• Pay begins at $28/hour with eligibility for Quarterly Bonuses

• Monday through Friday, with possible alternating weekends on call in case of business needs. Full-time consistent scheduling.

• Be a Customer Ambassador: primary point of contact for customers, driving an established route to deliver compressed gas cylinders and related products. Handle customer orders, resolve service complaints, and build strong relationships.
• Safety and Efficiency: safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload products from company-provided straight or box truck, adhering to all DOT and company regulations.
• Maintain Vehicle: perform routine maintenance checks and keep truck clean, ensuring it is ready for daily route.
• Physical Capability: handle and deliver products, routinely lifting 25–75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with material handling equipment, frequently bending, walking, standing, and driving for up to 8 hours a day of hazardous cargo.

• At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable under DOT requirements in the past 5 years, or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills and proactive attitude is a plus.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat upon contingency of offer.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. Minimum age 21.
• Physical capability to safely handle and deliver products, routinely lifting 25–75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with material handling equipment, frequently bending, walking, standing, and driving up to 8 hours a day of hazardous cargo.
