CDL-A truck drivers with one year of Class A driving experience in the last five years – with at least six months in the last 24 months – run a dedicated account delivering ATVs earning $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus a sign‑on bonus of $6,000.
Drivers will earn $0.58 to $0.60 per mile, plus a $75 load‑site fee and $12 for securement per ATV. At each dealership the driver sets up the ramps, unloads the ATVs into the dealership, rebuilds the ramps, and proceeds to the next stop. Deliveries are generally during business hours but may extend later. Top drivers average 2,770 miles per week; the fleet average is around 2,665 miles.
Drivers are expected to drive 14–21 days, then have 3–4 days off. Drivers may take the truck home with them.
The sign‑on bonus is paid as follows: $2,500 at the 6‑month and one‑year marks.
Medical, dental and paid time off begin on the first of the month after 30 days of employment; 401(k) participation starts Day One.
Qualifications- One full year of Class A Tractor‑Trailer experience in the last five years, with at least six months in the last 24 months.
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last three years (and no more than 2 in the last year for both PMV and CMV).
- No major moving violations in the last three years (e.g., head‑on, rear‑end, rollover, ran off road, fatality, lane change/side swipe, hit & run, failed to report, or leaving scene of accident).
- No more than 3 minor at‑fault incidents in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last year.
- No failed or refused DOT drug test.
- No DUI (PMV) in the last ten years, and no more than one DUI in a lifetime.
- No felonies in the last ten years; other criminal activity will be reviewed.
- Physical ability to strap and unload carts.
- Sign‑on bonus of $6,000 ($2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at one year).
- Medical, dental, and PTO (after 30 days).
- 401(k) with company match (starting Day One).
- Truck home eligibility.
