Customer Service (tickets and gates) / Ramp operator

• Provide support in several areas of the project.
• Demonstrate Delta's commitment to customers by making their travel experience smooth and enjoyable.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude inside and outside work.

• Use a computer to sell, print, and return tickets.
• Manage the check‑in process and ensure customers have correct travel documents.
• Guide and assist customers through the ticketing and loading process.

• Use the computer to assist customers in obtaining seats, gate status, flight status, check‑in, and baggage handling.
• Arrange jet ways to position aircraft before arrival.
• Lifting, opening, closing, and securing the plane's doors.
• Demonstrate safety‑conscious behavior.

• Pick up, load, unload, and transfer luggage, mail, and cargo to and from the aircraft.
• Direct incoming and outgoing flights through the gate to manage on‑time connections.
• Protect cargo, mail, and luggage from damage, loss, and weather.
• Drive slowly and operate ground equipment such as plows, belt conveyors, and tractor pulls in crowded areas.
• Repeatedly load cargo into the truck and ensure each bag reaches its destination.
• Perform computer checks to confirm baggage has been properly delivered.
• Demonstrate safety‑conscious behavior.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 80 kilograms.
• Right to live and work in the country where applying.
• Entry‑level computer skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and/or shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
