• Transport goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes.
• Secure cargo with tarps and other methods, ensuring safe delivery.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate with dispatch and load specialists.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week.
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year (dependent on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service).
• 5K Hiring Bonus – eligible for current employees actively driving; paid in four installments of $1,250 over 12 months.
• Accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay.
• Flatbed Regional Driver rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile.
• Transition Package of $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation and $400 for truck safety training).

• Home Time:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ months of driving experience required (1 year preferred).
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test and clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice.
• For hiring bonus: must currently be employed and actively driving.
