Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes to deliver and unload food and related products;
Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers and ensures questions are answered accurately and timely;
Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations;
Inspects freight loading and ensures proper loading, securing, and documentation;
Obtains customer signatures and handles paperwork and payments as required
