Roll Off Truck Driver

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role located in Little Rock, AR. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver, place, and pick up dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, and ensuring dumpsters are placed and removed without damage to property.

The role also involves securing loads, documenting deliveries and pickups, complying with DOT and company safety standards, and communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates. The Truck Driver is expected to maintain a clean, professional vehicle and represent VaVia Dumpster Rental with courteous, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Commercial driving expertise, including CDL Class A or B and proven Truck Driving experience.
• Hands-on skills in loading and unloading dumpsters and safely maneuvering roll-off equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and ability to follow all applicable safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to operate and care for a Truck and related equipment, including routine inspections and basic maintenance reporting.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to meet company insurance requirements.
• Strong time management, route-following, and problem-solving skills in varied traffic and job site conditions.
• Professional communication skills and customer service orientation when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing in and out of the truck and working outdoors in varying weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in waste management, construction, or delivery driving is a plus.
