Warehouse Selector

Location:

Little Rock, AR 72117

Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday, 5 pm until completion (occasional Fridays)

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months selection experience
• Minimum 6 months food distribution experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be age 18 or older
• Onsite position; no travel required

Essential Duties:

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to select products from warehouse racks
• Hand-select orders in warehouse areas with changing temperatures (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)
• Use RF units to print and apply labels to products
• Stack products on pallets following established safety procedures (e.g., labels facing out, heavy items not stacked on top of light)
• Stage pallets and stretch-wrap for loading
• Deliver completed orders to designated dock locations
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment and maintain assigned equipment
• Work until all products are accurately selected and loaded; overtime may be required on holidays and weekends

Essential Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience with ride-on pallet jacks and warehouse order selection
• Knowledge of food distribution operations
• Ability to maintain production pace and meet minimum efficiency and accuracy standards
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (job and safety requirements)
• Basic arithmetic and inventory control skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment
• Integrity, reliability, and teamwork mindset
• Physical fitness to meet job demands (standing, lifting, moving throughout shift)
• Able to identify small product imperfections

Preferred Experience:

• Prior food distribution selector background
• Pallet jack and RF scanner experience
