Parts Warehouse Specialist | Little Rock, AR

Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Warehouse Specialist to join our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing internal parts orders

Ordering parts from John Deere and other approved vendors when necessary

Ensure internal and external customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner

Providing follow-up and escalation of back orders when necessary

Communicate freight charges and status of shipments

Use of dealership equipment, forklifts, and other resources safely

Proactive approach to inventory control by reporting discrepancies

Shipping, receiving, and stocking parts as needed daily

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

At least two years of experience working in a heavy equipment parts department

High School Diploma or equivalency

Valid driver’s license required

Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs and applications

No experience required, but past employment in parts and/or a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage

Ability to lift weights up to 65 pounds; may be repetitive over the course of scheduled shift
