Warehouse Technician

Job Summary

We are hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
• Maintain work equipment and office/warehouse supplies.
• Provide flexibility to work overtime, weekend, and on‑call shifts as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as forklift operation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow through on commitments and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Hourly Base Pay Range: $20.29 – $23.99
