Warehouse Workers needed in Little Rock, AR!

Schedule is either first shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or mid shift, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with OT after shift as needed. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days. Pay rate is $20-22/ hour based on experience. Work will take place at a Warehouse/Service Center. Metals are raw/processed and are in ALL shapes and sizes.

Mid-shift candidate will cover some of the pulling from 1st shift and some of the loading from second shift. Candidate must be versatile! WILL NOT be on forklift for 100% of the day! Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day staging, packing, and picking material for shipments using proper equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Picking and staging feedstock for fulfillment orders
- Breaking down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
- Packaging of material to customer requirements
- Operating a sit-down or side loader forklift to move material as needed
- Proper completion of paperwork and SAP work order confirmation for shipping/receiving on the computer

- Forklift and crane experience required, min. 6 months.

- Candidates must also have experience in metals industry and./or maneuvering of heavy product.

- Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs., consistently.

- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer
