The Fulfillment Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment. Daily tasks include organizing and replenishing inventory, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse or stockroom. The role also involves basic customer service, such as responding to inquiries about order status, and supporting sales and operations teams by ensuring products are available and ready when needed.

The Fulfillment Specialist may assist with loading and unloading deliveries, labeling products, and following all safety and quality procedures.

• Strong packing and order fulfillment skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience or aptitude in inventory management and inventory control processes.
• Customer service skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
• Basic sales support abilities, such as assisting with order inquiries and product availability.
• Reliable time management, ability to stand, lift, and move materials safely, and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
• Comfort using basic computer systems or handheld devices for tracking orders and inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse, distribution, or retail experience is a plus.
