Financial Advisor - PNC Wealth Management

Position Overview

As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based at our Westminster, MD location. You will be part of a bank branch network, supporting clients with investment, insurance, and financial planning services.

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies, developing financial plans and managing an assigned book of business.
• Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development, networking, and exceptional client experience.
• Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, identify appropriate products, present recommendations, and monitor plan performance.
• Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners on investment opportunities; lead the branch team to achieve investment results.
• Meet with branch manager and partners to review business results, manage pipeline, and meet service level agreements; comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

• University or college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent education, certifications, and experience).
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required;
  Life and Health Insurance required.
• Strong client prospecting, relationship building, and financial analysis skills.
• Coaching ability, customer experience focus, and effective communication.
• Understanding of risk management and ability to adhere to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base salary: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based on performance.
