Junior Accountant

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Location: Littleton, CO (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Build valuable hands‑on experience across general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close

• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Complete account reconciliations, including detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Support monthly close activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and consistent financial records across multiple systems
• Work extensively within Quick Books while gaining exposure to additional ERP platforms
• Research discrepancies and help ensure the integrity of financial data
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting schedules and documentation
• Support additional accounting projects and process improvements as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 1–3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Quick Books experience required
• ERP system experience, including Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
