Mogg & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will oversee department performance, workflow management, quality control, staff development, complex tax engagements, and client relationships while serving as a trusted leader within the organization.

• Lead and manage the Tax Department's workflow, staffing, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review complex tax engagements, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, 709, and 990.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate tax professionals while helping build the firm's next generation of leaders.
• Provide advanced tax research, planning, and advisory services for clients.
• Manage realization, profitability, billing, and operational performance within the department.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, training, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Active CPA or EA designation required.
• Strong experience with complex tax preparation, review, and research.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• An ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• $115,000–$145,000 annual salary

This role begins as an in-office position in Littleton, Colorado to support onboarding, training, and team integration. Once acclimated, team members may qualify for a hybrid work arrangement based on performance, productivity, responsiveness, and client service excellence.
