Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re excited to announce the opening of Executive Assistant at our Headquarters in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The successful candidate will be organized, trustworthy, and able to work with confidential information. This position requires a resourceful individual who can work autonomously, handle ambiguity, take initiative, and follow through effectively. The candidate must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex assignments, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are essential.

Location: 6828 E County Line Road, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm MST (Full-time)

The annual target compensation is $70,000-$75,000.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain reports
  • Organize meetings, travel, and conference calls
  • Research and plan regional events
  • Coordinate expense reports
  • Develop presentations and proposals
  • Produce correspondence
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties
  • Assist with HR functions and customer service issues
  • Complete reports and data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Administrative support experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with minimal violations
  • 1+ year customer service, retail, or HR support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
