** Area Administrator**.Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria Corporation, is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Insituform's businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines.

** Responsibilities:
** Primary responsibilities include the following:
* Greet and welcome guests
* Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
* Manage and distribute all consumable orders for office
* Manage and maintain all supplies for the office
* Assist possible candidates with application process
* Updating and overseeing certain spreadsheets
* Overseeing digital calendars and scheduling (birthday/anniversary reminders)
* Assist with coordinating communication to/from Utah office.
* Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports
* Take up other duties as assigned (data entry, filing, etc)
* Maintain cleared Locates spreadsheet per district
* Ordering Fuel delivery
* Take minutes during meetings
* Light event planning & travel arrangements
* Perform various errands outside office when requested

* Qualifications:
*** Strong communication, organizational, time-management and people skills
* Ability to multi-task and maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations
* Solid experience in all Microsoft Office programs especially Excel and Word
* Must be well organized and able to create systems to complete/track tasks most efficiently
* Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
* Must be able to solve problems with practical solutions and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
* Must have a current valid driver's license.
* Hourly pay rate is $18-$21/hr
