Kitchen Distributors is seeking a Showroom & Outreach Coordinator to join our team and support the daily operations of our Denver showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the design industry who is both detail-oriented and people-focused. The ideal candidate will bring a professional, welcoming presence to our showroom, assist with business development outreach, contribute to marketing initiatives, and manage essential administrative tasks.
Requirements- 2+ years of showroom, design, or client-facing experience in interior design, architecture, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and approachable personality.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and comfort using Mac applications.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a polished and professional first impression.
- Maintain showroom appearance, keeping displays and materials organized and pristine.
- Provide tours of the showroom and support design presentations, samples, and follow-up.
- Help maintain and update the sample library.
- Assist with outreach to design and building professionals to drive showroom traffic and build relationships.
- Coordinate showroom tours, lunch & learns, and networking events to engage trade partners with the Kd. Designers/Sales team.
- Support marketing initiatives including photo shoots, editorial features, award submissions, and showroom events, managing logistics and vendor coordination as needed.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation for the showroom team.
- Provide administrative support including client documentation, contracts, filing, and internal communication.
- Liaise with vendors and partners for samples, brochures, and project updates.
- Track and order material samples, office supplies, and maintain drafting materials.
- Maintain accurate client contact and sales/leads tracking reports.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
