Our team at Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists comprises world-renowned vascular specialists and healthcare support staff who are passionate about making a real difference in others' lives. With over four decades of combined experience and armed with cutting-edge technology, our clinic provides precise treatment for complex vascular and chronic conditions, including pelvic venous disorders, POTS, long COVID, and fibroids.

Our Highlands Ranch, CO clinic is seeking a dependable and helpful person to support our daily operations as a full-time Front Desk Coordinator! You'll be answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and helping patients receive the exceptional care they deserve.

  • The pay for this position is: $18.00 - $24.00/hour (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE

You’ll work in our clinic from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

To become our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll need to be highly respectful, positive, and organized. A heart for collaborating with a team to deliver great outcomes would be a plus! We’re looking for:

  • Customer service experience and skills
  • Professional communication skills for interacting with patients
  • Comfort using phone systems and computers
WHAT A DAY AS OUR FRONT DESK COORDINATOR LOOKS LIKE

You’ll come to work ready to talk to patients, answer questions, and help keep the check-in/check-out process smooth. With a focus on customer service and professionalism, you’ll answer incoming phone calls and assist the caller with whatever they need. When patients arrive, you’ll get them checked in for their appointment, verify their health coverage and insurance, and collect co-pays if needed.

Once the appointment is done, you’ll check them out and schedule a future follow-up appointment. You’ll help out in other areas around the office as needed, playing a major part in our day-to-day!
