You'll join our Highlands Ranch, CO team full-time

QUALIFICATIONS- Customer service experience and skills
- Professional communication skills for interacting with patients
- Comfort using phone systems and computers
- Preferred - Collaborative spirit and an ability to work well with a team
- Working in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Warmly greeting patients when they call or visit the clinic
- Answering questions, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments
- Checking in patients when they arrive, checking them out when they leave, and scheduling follow‑up appointments
- Verifying Demo/insurance coverage and collecting co‑pays when appropriate
- Jumping in to help around the clinic as needed
