• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer and service department demands
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Monitor and analyze parts department performance, including sales and gross profit, and implement strategies for improvement to meet manufacturer & dealership goals
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain a clean and organized department, including storage areas and display sections
