Clear Shift is hiring Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing, high-volume dealership service department. We are looking for experienced auto mechanics, diagnostic technicians and developing technicians who take pride in quality automotive repair and want to contribute to a productive, team-oriented shop.

Our technicians work on everything from everyday cars and SUVs to heavy-duty pickups and luxury vehicles-with trucks making up a significant part of our inventory. Work includes preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics and used-vehicle reconditioning.

Clear Shift was founded in 2017 with a goal of creating a better automotive experience for customers and employees. What began as one dealership has grown into an expanding automotive operation built on Servanthood, Excellence and Transparency. We're looking for technicians who want to help strengthen our service operation and build a long-term career with us.

• $25–$50 per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Work schedule:
  Monday–Saturday

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs

• Complete thorough and honest vehicle inspections

• Diagnose concerns and identify root causes

• Review TSBs and manufacturer recommendations

• Document findings, recommendations and completed repairs

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment

• Complete quality repairs efficiently and safely

• Keep your bay and equipment clean and organized

• Support fellow technicians through shared knowledge and collaborative problem-solving

• Help improve shop workflow and processes

• At least one year of automotive repair experience

• Working knowledge of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Pride in accurate, high-quality repairs

• Dependability and a team-focused attitude

• A desire to keep learning and advancing

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

ASE certifications are preferred for advanced technician positions but are not required for every skill level.
