Client Success Specialist, Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the client experience
• Build meaningful relationships and ensure client needs are satisfied
• Deliver timely and effective communication
• Respond to and resolve unforeseen issues

• Perform thorough needs analysis for assigned projects
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client communications

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for clients

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of client services and/or account management experience
• Retail banking or financial service industry experience, preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated critical thinking
• Strong organizational and process-oriented skills
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects under time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; VBA/Macros
