Standard Job Description

This position is a part of the Space Capture Excellence team and will be supporting S&BD Talent Development and Training. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support (e.g. maintaining course rosters, tracking attendance, managing schedules, etc.), conducting end‑to‑end data extraction, analysis, and metrics reporting to generate actionable insights, keeping the team aligned with project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes, and driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead team organizational initiatives – Partner with the team to identify problems and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Own end‑to‑end project management – Manage project plans and tracking milestones to keep the team on schedule.
  • Design and maintain monitoring mechanisms – Partner with development team to upkeep dashboards and reporting frameworks that give real‑time visibility into project health and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Own administrative operations – Coordinate all logistical aspects of training courses, including (but not limited to):
    • Capturing enrollment lists and sending automated invitations
    • Monitoring attendance, updating the learning‑management system, and maintaining accurate records
  • Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting – Leverage advanced Excel capabilities (ex: pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros, advanced formulas) to compile team metrics, synthesize insights, and produce concise status reports for leadership
  • Identify and implement process enhancements – Evaluate current workflows, propose efficiency gains, and lead the adoption of best‑practice tools and standards.

This position is onsite full time.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working independently and proactively on assigned tasks
  • Experience in project management and maintaining organized, results‑driven administrative processes
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn Tableau, Power Apps, Word Press and other standard IT applications
Desired Skills
  • Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral - able to take technical jargon and act upon it
  • Strong problem solving, root cause and closure skills
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
