- Own project P&L across all assigned jobs
- Track budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Manage profitability in real time and correct variances early
- Own change order process (capture, price, approve, bill)
- Oversee T&M work to protect margins
- Submit accurate billing and reporting
- Drive utilization targets (65%+ billable minimum)
- Forecast labor needs with Operations
- Ensure accurate time tracking weekly
- Own schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Design, Procurement)
- Prevent delays through proactive material and site readiness planning
- Manage Project Foremen and field teams
- Conduct site visits and hold teams accountable
- Support hiring, training, and development with Operations
- Primary client-facing contact
- Run meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate with GCs, architects, and trades
- Oversee commissioning and system performance
- Manage punch lists and final sign-off
- Ensure complete closeout documentation
- Transition projects to service within 60 days
- s3–5+ years in AV project management or installation + PM progressio
- nExperience managing high-volume project loads (50+ concurrent
- eDeep understanding of AV / low-voltage system
- sProven leadership of field teams and foreme
- nStrong communication and organizational skill
- nsAVIXA CTS / CTS
- -DPMP certificati
- ce Experience with D-Tools, Zoho, or simil
- ar Knowledge of AV-over-IP, Dante, UC platfor
